Welcome to Sea Oasis Residence on the beautiful island of Thassos. My name is Lyuda, and I’d love to invite you to experience a truly unique stay in my little paradise, right on the edge of Limenas, the island’s vibrant capital.Our bungalow by the sea is one of just a handful like it on the island. Perched slightly above the beach, it offers breathtaking, uninterrupted views of the endless blue. Whether you’re gazing out from the window or enjoying your morning coffee on the terrace, you’ll feel as if you’re floating on water—almost like being on a cruise ship, but with the comfort of solid ground beneath your feet.Just a few steps down from your private terrace, the beach awaits. You can take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters, relax on a sunbed reserved just for you, or take a short stroll to two nearby organized beaches—Tarsanas and Africa, each with its own charm and amenities.Inside, the two-bedroom bungalow is fully equipped for a comfortable self-catering stay, complete with a kitchen, cozy living space, and everything you need to feel at home. Outside, the spacious beachside terrace is perfect for unwinding, dining under the stars, or enjoying a barbecue with the soothing sound of the waves as your backdrop. And for those traveling by car, private parking ensures a hassle-free stay.When you’re ready to explore, a short 10-minute walk brings you to the heart of Limenas, where you’ll find charming shops, traditional tavernas, fascinating ancient ruins, museums, and even a Lunar Park for family-friendly fun. The ferry port is just a 5-minute drive away, making arrivals and departures seamless.A little about me—I’m originally from Donetsk, but Thassos has been my home for many years, together with my Greek husband, Kostas. I speak Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, and English, and I love sharing my knowledge of the island with guests, whether it’s helping you find the best-hidden beaches, recommending a cozy taverna, or planning a memorable day trip. - How To Pay The Remaining Balance: Before check-in: Bank deposit (3 days before arrival) At check-in: Cash The key will be provided to you after full payment.
- Arrival / Check-in: 15:00 - 20:00 Do you need to check in earlier or later? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we will check for you. You must present a National ID Card or Passport. We will return these documents to you immediately.
- Cleaning: We clean and stock the accommodation with fresh linens and bath towels before your arrival. We provide supplies for self-service cleaning. An extra set of fresh bath towels will be provided in the accommodation. An extra set of fresh bed linens will be provided in the accommodation. We will not clean the accommodation during your stay. Bath towels will not be changed during your stay. Bed linens will not be changed during your stay. You are responsible for taking your rubbish from the accommodation to a public waste bin. Please help us conserve the island's scarce water resources by using only what you need.
- Keeping Your Belongings Safe: We recommend locking the door when leaving the accommodation. Please note that we will not bear any responsibility for lost or damaged belongings.
- Departure / Check-out: 08:00 - 11:00 Need to check out earlier or later? It may be possible depending on availability. Please ask us in advance so we can check and let you know. If you have not arranged a late check-out time with us and fail to vacate the accommodation by 11:00 on your check-out date, we reserve the right to remove belongings left in the accommodation. We would only do this as a last resort.
- Luggage Storage: We offer free luggage storage. * * Subject to availability of storage space. Please store your luggage at your own risk. We do not accept responsibility in case of losses or damages.
- Cancellation: In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we provide: Full Refund: at least 21 days before your check-in date, minus the bank or transfer fee No Refund: less than 21 days before your check-in date All refunds are paid in EURO (€). We do not charge any cancellation fees. Please send your cancellation request in writing to seaoasisthassos@gmail.com. You may be able to reschedule your booking instead.
- Rescheduling Your Booking: You can reschedule your booking dates for free, subject to availability.
- No Show: If you do not arrive on the check-in date of your reservation and we do not hear from you, your reservation will be marked as "no show" and the accommodation will be made available to others. Your deposit will not be refunded.
